President Obama Signs Wyoming Disaster Declaration [July 22, 2011]   [open pdf - 11KB]

On July 22, 2011, President declared a major disaster in the State of Wyoming due to severe storms, flooding, and landslides during the period of May 18 to July 8, 2011. Federal funding is available to eligible State, Local, and Tribal government entities. Federal funding is also available for hazard mitigation on a cost-sharing basis. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) may provide further assistance based upon more in depth damage assessments.
