From the Document: "Today, July 01, 2011 President Obama declared a federal disaster situation in the State of Texas due to wildfires during April 6 to May 3, 2011. Federal funding is available to eligible State and Local government as well as non-profit organizations for emergency relief measures. The Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA] will make additional funding available based upon more in depth damage assessment."
