"The Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the bill (H.R. 4418) to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2005 and 2006 for the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department of Homeland Security, for the Office of the United States Trade Representative, for the United States International Trade Commission, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do pass. […] H.R. 4418 would authorize funding for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), and the United States International Trade Commission (ITC)."
