"The Guardian newsletter is published for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff by the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Division of the J3 Deputy Directorate for Antiterrorism/ Homeland Defense to share knowledge, support discussion, and impart lessons and information in an expeditious and timely manner. The Guardian is not a doctrinal product and is not intended to serve as a program guide for the conduct of operations and training.
