President Bush addresses the FBI Academy to discuss progress that the United States has made on the War on Terror including extension of the PATRIOT [Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism] Act, successful elimination of al Qaida cells, discovery and disbanding of terror financing networks in several states as well efforts to share intelligence among U.S. agencies.
