"The Director of the Office of Emergency Planning will advise and assist the President in the coordination of and in the determination of policy for the emergency plans and preparedness assignments of the federal departments and agencies (hereinafter referred to as Federal agencies) designed to make possible at Federal, State and local levels the mobilization of the human, natural and industrial resources of the nation to meet all conditions of national emergency, including attack on the United States." Executive Orders amended are as follows: Executive Order Nos. 10296, 10312, 10346, 10421, 10427, 10480, 1049, 106, 1034 1, 1705,10737, 10900, 10952, 10958, 10242, 10346, 10421, 1029, 1082, 10789. Executive Orders that have been Superseded and revoked include: Executive Order Nos. 9981, 10219, 10269, 10438, 10461, 10524, 10539, 10638, 10773, 10782, and 10902.
