The fifth public hearing of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States was held on November 19, 2003 at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. The theme of the fifth public hearing was "Private/Public Sector Partnerships for Emergency Preparedness". This testimony was part of a panel entitled "Future Strategies for Private Sector Preparedness".
