Executive Order 13350 terminates the state of emergency in Iraq, as well as restating the list of 55 wanted senior Iraqi Officials previously named in Executive Order 13315. Additional steps aiming to deal with the former state of emergency as set out in Executive Order 13315 have been enacted, and are revised here pursuant to the capture of Saddaam Hussein and further progress from coalition forces. Also listed here are provisions on economic investment around the existing sanctions in Iraq, as well as other measures dealing with continued rebuilding efforts. This Executive Order terminates the Emergency Declared in Executive Order 12722 and modifiys Executive Order 13290, 13303 and 13315.
