S. Hrg. 106-744: These hearings address proposed legislation to bestow permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) upon Communist China. The first hearing is based on a discussion of the foreign policy and national security implications of China PNTR. The second hearing examines the human rights, labor, trade and economic implications of China PNTR.
