Section 604 of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 2986 requires that the Secretaries of defense, Energy, and State; the Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall each review and report on the adequacy of physical security standards for the shipment and storage oE certain amounts of plutonium and enriched uranium outside the United States. The reports were to be provided to the Congress within 6 months of the act's becoming law (by February 27, 1987).
