This White House press release announced that President Obama has signed into law the following bills: H.J.Res. 62, which starts the second session of the 111th Congress on January 5, 2010; H.R. 4165, which extends the "Army's authority to accept and expend funds contributed by non-Federal entities to expedite the processing of permits; and S. 1472, the 'Human Rights Enforcement Act of 2009.'"
