Its goal is to build the capacity of educators in a variety of youth-serving settings to understand and act on the knowledge that conflict resolution skills are essential to successful relationships in all facets of our lives. [] It provides a framework for making informed decisions to implement conflict resolution education programs and select resources to support program development."
