S. Hrg. 105-841: This is the first in a series of hearings to examine the Clinton administration's policy of promoting commercial satellite launches from China. Hearing focuses on an examination of Chinese ballistic and cruise missile proliferation, and examines in some detail the extent to which the Clinton administration may have deliberately refused to fulfill its legal obligations to impose sanctions on China for this behavior.
