"The Committee on Financial Services, to whom was referred the bill (H.R. 10) to provide for reform of the intelligence community, terrorism prevention and prosecution, border security, and international cooperation and coordination, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do pass. […] The portions of H.R. 10 within the jurisdiction of the Financial Services Committee will authorize new funding for the fight against the financing of terror, give the government new tools to fight the funding of terrorism, take steps both to help prevent an attack on the financial system and to make the system and markets more resilient in case of another attack, and establish tools to improve international cooperation in the fight against terror funding."
