Emergency Response to Terrorism: Job Aid   [open pdf - 6KB]

"The Office for State and Local Domestic Preparedness Support (OSLDPS), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the United States Fire Administration (USFA), and the National Fire Academy (NFA) have designed and produced a comprehensive document intended to support training messages of the Emergency Response to Terrorism NFA curriculum. The Job Aid is designed to assist the first responder from the Fire, EMS [Emergency Medical Services], HazMat, and Law Enforcement disciplines. This includes both tactical and strategic issues that range from line personnel to unit officers and up to and including the Incident Commander. There are five primary sections that are covered (each tabbed and color coded for rapid access of information): Introduction, Operational Considerations, Incident-Specific Actions, Agency Related Issues, and the Glossary."
