From the opening statement of Tom Bliley: "Today, the full committee will hold this hearing on the report issued last week by the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board--a report that speaks directly about the poor state of security at the Department of Energy's most sensitive nuclear weapons laboratories. The chairman of the board--the distinguished former United States Senator from New Hampshire, Warren Rudman-- will testify before us today, along with Energy Secretary Bill Richardson, to discuss those findings and the board's recommendations for structural reform at the Department."
