The information following will clarify when Form I-600A/I-600 can still be filed and should be considered along with the previously issued memorandum titled, Preliminary Guidance for USCIS [U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services] Field Offices regarding Implementation of the Hague Intercountry Adoption Convention, issued March 28, 2008."
