"The purpose of this memorandum is to announce the release of the Asylum Division's new pamphlet entitled, Information Guide for Prospective Asylum Applicants. In the next few days, each of the eight Asylum Offices will receive approximately 500 copies of the pamphlet. While this initial distribution includes copies of the English language version of the pamphlet only, we are finalizing the translation of the pamphlet into each of the Asylum Division's ten most commonly encountered languages for future distribution as well."
