THE CBIAC is a Department of Defense (DoD)- sponsored Information Analysis Center (IAC) operated under contract to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and administered by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), under the DoD IAC Program Office (Contract No. SPO700-00-D-3180).
