According to the Senate Appropriations Committee-Defense (SAC-D) Committee Report No. 109-292 (Page 215) to Accompany H.R. 5631, Department of Defense (DoD) Appropriations Bill, 2007: "The Committee directs the Special Assistant for Chemical and Biological Defense to provide the congressional defense committees with the budget submission for fiscal year 2008, a list of programs funded under TMTI in fiscal years 2006 and 2007, performance metrics and benchmarks, and the results of the programs' quarterly reviews."
