The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) webpage provides access to past FOIA requests and information on how to submit new requests. The DHS FOIA Handbook provides information on how to submit a FOIA request and how to submit a Privacy Act request; fee structure, waivers, processing information and limits on FOIA requests. With the DHS eFOIA Mobile App, you can submit FOIA requests or check the status of requests, access all of the content on the FOIA website, and receive updates, event notices, and recently published documents. DHS also maintains FOIA libraries for itself, the Office of the Secretary (including the Military Advisor's Office and the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs), and the following components: Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CISOMB), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), Office of the Executive Secretary (ESEC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Office of Health Affairs (OHA), Office of General Counsel (OGC), Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA), Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Office of Policy (PLCY), and Trnasportation Security Administration (TSA), which can be accessed through this page.
